All NJB Players will receive FREE Admission to the following CHS Baseball Games this year:

Tuesday May 15th – CHS vs Bosse at 5pm

Thursday May 17th – CHS vs Reitz at 6pm

To receive Free Admission, NJB Players must where their Current Team Shirt.

Did you know that NJB’s annual budget is nearly $350,000?  That’s over $450 per player. Player fees, concessions and sponsorships cover much of this cost, but not all.   Our annual fundraiser is necessary to cover our mortgage and make improvements to our facilities.   Your participation is very much appreciated.

This year we will be selling Discount Cards for $10 each.   They include (3) Three $10 deals from Chick-fil-A, Play it Again Sports, and Golf Plus.   On the back side are about 25 smaller discounts from other local businesses.   These should be an easy sell since buyers can easily get much more than their $10 back.

All teams at Mulzer will have picture day this Saturday April 21st.  The photo schedule is to have all Visitor Teams arrive 1:15 prior to their game for pictures and Home Teams arrive 1 hour early for their pictures.

Saturday April 14th Opening Day!!!!

We will be having Picture Day Provided by Sprazzo Studio for all Teams at Vann Road on Saturday April 14th.  Mulzer Teams are  scheduled for Saturday April 21st.

Please see the Photo Schedule below for Vann Road Teams/Leagues:

TBall and League 4 (6 yr olds): The photo schedule is to have all teams arrive 1 hour before the game.

League 2 & League 3: The photo schedule is to have all the Visitor teams show up 1:15 early before their game for pictures and Home team 1 hour before the game

The 2012 Spring Umpire Schedules have been posted for All Leagues.   Visit the Umpire Schedule Page for the full schedule.

The 2012 NJB Rules have been updated.  Visit the Umpire Corner to view specific rules for each league.

We will have a work day on Saturday March 17th at both Vann Fields and Mulzer Fields from 8am – Noon.  We will need all hands on deck.  Please arrive anytime Saturday morning to help.

If everything is complete then fields will be open on that day.  Our goal is to get the fields open for practice and with the mild winter they need a lot of help.

All tryouts will be held on Saturday March 10 in the Castle High School North gymnasium.   Please park on the South Side of the High School and enter through the glass doors.

This will consist of a short skills evaluation to help the coaches during the formation of teams.  Visit the Registration Page for specific times for each league.  You may arrive anytime during the posted time for your league.  Only players 7-15 years old need to attend.

The 2012 Spring Coaches meeting will be held on Tuesday March 6th at 6:45 at Pizza Chef.  This is for every coach in each league that has signed up for the Spring 2012 season.  All coaches are to attend.
